Jackie Campbell is the president and founder of Campbell & Company, Wealth Advisors and CPAs. She has served as a trusted advisor to families and businesses in the Tampa Bay area since 1993. Her mission is to help her clients make smarter financial and tax decisions so they gain clarity, confidence, and direction as they enter retirement while enjoying more confidence.

Monica Haberlin, senior partner of Campbell & Company, focuses on growing businesses, implementing tax efficiency strategies and formulating succession plans. The insight Monica has gained from decades of experience in her own family franchise businesses, as well as counseling and coaching entrepreneurs, helps her grow and scale their businesses from start-up all the way to retirement.

Jim Wilhelm, Senior Partner at Campbell & Company, is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and has worked in the industry since 2001. He began his career in the accounting department at Liberty University while pursuing his undergraduate degree. From there he worked at a regional CPA firm before he relocated to Florida, worked for one of the Big Four CPA firms in Tampa and completed his postgraduate work, eventually making a home at Campbell & Company.
Jim has a long career of working with business owners and families, helping his clients reach income growth and minimization of income taxes. A tax planner and strategist, Jim’s passion for his work is evident in his desire to get the best outcome for his clients. Jim’s goal is to find potential deductions for clients of which they may be unaware. He leverages his detailed knowledge of tax laws and intricate provisions to build upon guidance incorporated in his plans. Jim goes above and beyond to help his clients and to develop and lead his team.
Jim is married with three children. He enjoys playing and watching most sports and spending time with his family.

Scott has his health and life insurance license with the state of Florida. Familiar with the Florida Retirement System, his main area of focus is assisting public safety officers as they transition into a well-deserved retirement.
A Florida native, Scott retired from the Florida Highway Patrol as a corporal. He has over 31 years of law enforcement service and began his law enforcement career as a deputy sheriff of Walton County, Florida. He also served for seven years in the U.S. National Guard.
Education, Credentials, and Affiliations: Scott received his degree from Saint Leo University. He is a member of the Florida Association of State Troopers and the American Association of State Troopers.
Randy Kardas, CPA, CITP, CGMA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a robust background in accounting and technology. As Director of Technology at Campbell & Company Wealth Advisors & CPAs and Partner of Campbell Technology Advisors LLC, Randy Kardas brings a unique blend of financial expertise and technological innovation to his roles. A licensed CPA, CITP, and CGMA, Randy’s career is marked by a commitment to leveraging technology to solve complex financial challenges, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making for clients and businesses.
Randy holds an MBA with a specialization in Accounting, which complements his deep technical knowledge and passion for problem-solving. As a software developer, he has been at the forefront of integrating technology into accounting practices, driving efficiency and strategic growth. He has contributed to several advancements in accounting systems and has published insights on finance and technology.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys playing drums and guitar, engaging in tennis and golf, and diving into the worlds of Star Trek, Star Wars, and other science fiction universes. Residing in Pennsylvania with his wife Melissa, whom he married in 2017, and their two children, Matthew and Isabella, Randy values the balance of family life with professional excellence.
Born in New York and happily settled in sunny Florida since 1976, Karen is a proud St. Leo College graduate with a B.A. in marketing.
After a fulfilling career in the property and casualty insurance industry, she retired in 2022 to embrace new adventures. Married to her best friend for 37 years, they’ve raised two amazing sons who are now married. She loves spending quality time with my family and exploring the world with her husband in their travel trailer. Her latest chapter is an exciting one, as she’s thrilled to be part of the Campbell & Company marketing team and licensed health insurance agent, combining her passion for creativity with a new professional journey!
Brooke was born and raised in Hernando County with her brother, Jacob, and loving parents, Scott and Jackie Campbell. She now resides in a historic home built in 1903 in Brooksville, Florida, with her husband Chuck, tabby Greyson, and daughter Drew.
Her passions involve content creation, blogging, cooking, collecting vintage goods, and accessorizing.

Holly is our Executive Assistant here at Campbell & Company. She brings over 20 years of customer service experience and 15 years of administrative knowledge to the table. Her expertise lies in scheduling, project coordination, and organization.

She has resided in Spring Hill for five years. Originally from Pennsylvania, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and three dogs, as well as exploring local community events and spending time outdoors.
Kelly has been with Campbell & Company since March 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, most recently 25 years in an ambulatory surgery center as a system administrator.
Kelly graduated from Mount Mercy College with her bachelor’s degree in accounting and bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in finance. Kelly continues to grow professionally and looks forward to great success with Campbell & Company.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She enjoys all sports, but her favorite is baseball.
Owen Burne is a dedicated paraplanner with a passion for helping clients simplify their financial lives and find confidence in their long-term goals. Originally from Connecticut, Owen graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning in 2023, followed by his MBA in 2024.
Before beginning his career in financial planning, Owen proudly served four years on active duty in the United States Air Force and continues to serve today as a member of the Air Force Reserves.
Owen’s favorite part of the job is helping individuals and families navigate financial challenges and reduce the stress that often comes with money decisions.

RuthAnn graduated summa cum laude from Towson University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in accounting in 1998. She received her CPA license in 1999. RuthAnn joined Campbell & Company in August 2019. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified Intuit QuickBooks Proadvisor.
Before moving to Florida in 1998, Heather Bowen was born and raised in the cold weather of Ohio. She has one son, who currently attends UCF, and they enjoy spending their spare time boating and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Heather began pursuing a career in accounting and is a staff accountant with Campbell & Company. Heather received her degree in accounting technology from PHSC.
Jill has been working in the accounting field in human services and private industry since 2000. She is a certified Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor®.
Raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Jill moved to Florida in 1984. She graduated from St. Leo University in 2008 with her MBA with a concentration in accounting.
Amanda Xenos brings 20 years of accounting industry experience to Campbell & Company. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, with training in forensic accounting and governmental auditing.
In 2018, Amanda completed her Master of Accountancy, and she is currently studying to sit for the CPA exam. She enjoys spending her free time with her family by the pool or exploring the local parks.
With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry both in private and public sectors. She brings a deep commitment to accuracy and client service with a passion for helping individuals and businesses take control of their finances with confidence and clarity. She graduated from St. Leo University in 2009 with her MBA with an Accounting Concentration.
Originally from Ohio, Jessica recently relocated to Florida to be closer to family. Before joining Campbell & Company, she owned and operated her own accounting firm, supporting individuals and small businesses across various industries. Her hands on experience and client focused mindset make her a valuable asset to the team.
When she’s not working with clients, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and cats. She has three children and two grandchildren with one on the way.
Rebekah has been with Campbell & Company since October 2004. She began as a staff accountant but in November 2005 transitioned into more of an administrative role. As operations manager, she is responsible for a wide array of duties, including billing and accounts receivable.
Rebekah’s accounting experience started when she was hired as a receptionist for an accounting firm in Brooksville. Soon, she moved into a position as a staff accountant. She has worked in the field for over 17 years and looks forward to continued growth and success.
Rebekah has a deep love and appreciation for the arts. She graduated from Pinellas County Center for the Arts before attending the University of Tampa, majoring in musical theater. She studied ballet and jazz for 19 years and is classically trained in voice as well.
A Florida native, Rebekah comes from a large family that includes eight brothers and a sister. She was born in Melbourne but grew up in the Tampa Bay area. Rebekah met her husband, Don, when they were cast as Lord and Lady Brockhurst in the musical “The Boyfriend” at the University of Tampa. They were married and moved to Spring Hill in June 2001, where they currently live with their two small dogs.
Cindy owned and operated a local auto repair shop with her husband for many years. With her extensive skills in bookkeeping, Cindy is a vital asset to our team as our firm administrator.
When Cindy is not at work, she is spending time with her first grandson, Alex, who was born in November 2019. Her obsessions include nice shoes and good restaurants, while her passion is volunteering her bookkeeping skills for her church.
Patricia has been a resident of Hernando County since 1987. She is a small business owner, having worked for 10 years in Management in the Hospitality Business. After a tenure of 20 years, she retired in November 2020 as the President & CEO of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. In September 2023, she joined the team as Marketing Director.
Jeanette was born and raised in Illinois with three siblings. She graduated with an associate’s degree in administrative assisting. She has many years of experience working in various customer service roles.
She enjoys spending time with family including her two adult children and three grandchildren.
A Florida native, raised in St. Cloud, she relocated to Weeki Wachee in 2008 to be closer to family. With over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, she possesses a deep-seated passion for her work and a commitment to serving others. Her life is centered around her family: her husband, two teenage sons at home, and a son proudly serving in the U.S. Army, along with her daughter-in-law and her first grandson. She thrives on quality time with them and enjoys exploring the outdoors and adventures the area offers.
Born in Wisconsin and raised in Florida from the age of three, she comes from a family with a strong background in accounting. Her father and sister are both accountants, which influenced her early exposure to business, organization, and financial principles. She got married in 2007 and values the importance of teamwork both professionally and personally. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service roles, further reinforcing an appreciation for communication, problem-solving, and strong work ethic.
Grace is Campbell & Company’s Content & Strategy Specialist, where she focuses on creating digital content that helps clients better understand and connect with the firm’s services. From developing blog articles and social media campaigns to designing client resources and educational materials, she enjoys finding creative ways to make complex ideas clear and engaging.
Ariane Moujouros is a Sales and Marketing Specialist Intern at Campbell Technology Advisors, where she contributes to cross-functional initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support strategic business development. In her role, she leverages platforms such as Salesforce and Apollo.io to manage lead pipelines, build segmented prospect lists, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns.
She produces multimedia marketing content using tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut, ensuring alignment with brand standards and audience engagement objectives. Ariane also supports digital campaign execution through social media coordination, email workflows, and performance tracking.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Tampa, where she graduated Cum Laude. Her academic and professional experience have equipped her with a strong foundation in CRM management, marketing automation, and strategic communication within the SaaS and technology sector.
